Intensive In-Home Mental Health Skill Building
What is Mental Health Skill Building?
- Mental Health Skill Building is for individuals ages 18 and up who experience Mental Health illness. Our counselors assist with building basic living skills to include medication management, independent living skills, interpersonal skills and health and safety. We assist with setting goals for the client based on their needs in conjunction with connecting them with community resources to assist with positive reinforcement. Our goal with Mental Health Skill Building services is to improve a clients' well-being by enforcing education and support; while empowering the client to increase the value of life by controlling their mental state of mind.
Eligibility:
1. Clients qualifying for Mental Health Skill Building Services shall demonstrate a need for the service due to mental, emotional, and behavioral illnesses which results in not being able to manage everyday life activities.
2. Clients must age from 18 and up to receive Mental Health Skill Building services.
3. All Medicaid Insurance are accepted.
What is Intensive In-Home?
- Our Intensive In-Home counseling services are for ages 5-18. We make use of experience-based techniques to address behaviors that may be problematic therefore puts children at risk of being removed from their homes. Our counselors work with our young clients on treatments specialized for them which addresses specific behaviors while using family supports.
Eligibility:
1. Clients qualifying for Intensive In-Home services must show a necessity for services due to mental, emotional, and/or behavioral instability.
2. Clients must be ages 5-18 to qualify for Intensive In-Home services.
3. All Medicaid Insurance are accepted.
